Gaining Outcomes is a boutique consulting service for individuals and businesses looking to increase motivation, focus and performance. They help clients advance personally and professionally through leadership development, personal coaching, culture transition, customised training and development programs, and more.

I have been supporting Gaining Outcomes in a Personal Assistant capacity since 2020. I am Terry-Lyn’s ‘behind the scenes’ guru, handling multiple tasks including email and calendar management, CRM management, proposals, document preparation (editing, formatting, proof reading) and various program related tasks.
